What kind of health and hygiene measures you implement to ensure safe visits?

What is included to the room price?

  • The room price for private rooms includes breakfast, towels and linen, private bathroom and sauna during common sauna hours.
  • Dormitory room price includes towels and linen, private locker and sauna during common sauna hours.
  • We strive for ecological choises in daily basis. Therefore, daily cleaning is not included to the room price, but you can ask for extra cleaning services from our reception. Let´s save our precious nature together!
  • All guests are free to use the well-equipped common kitchen and tv lounge area. You won´t find a telly in the rooms, because (in normal conditions) one of the highest goal of the hostel is to support communality <3

Is it possible to check in after the reception is closed?

Don´t worry, we can leave the keycard for you into a keybox outside the hostel. We kindly ask you to be in contact to the reception beforehand if you know your arrival will be delayed. In that case, we will be in contact with you at the day of your arrival and send instructions how to pick up the keys.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Well-behaving pets are welcome to some of the private rooms and cafeteria area. We kindly ask you to contact us beforehand about the furry friend, so we can check the availability of the pet rooms. Cleaning fee of a pet is 15€ and you can pay it upon arrival.

Is it possible to check in earlier?

We can offer earlier check in depending on the availability. You can request for an early check in at the day of your arrival at the earliest.

Is it possible to have a late check out?

We can offer late check out depending on the availability against an extra fee. You can request for late check out at the morning of departure.

Is there a storage for luggage at the hostel?

Yes, you can leave your bags at the storage before checking in and also after checking out.

In addition to breakfast, do you offer something to eat?

Yes, we do! On weekdays there is a lunch at our cafeteria between 11am-2pm and dinner at our restaurant Nabo starting from 5pm on its opening days. Check for more information about the restaurant from here. In addition, there are pastries and small bites at our cafeteria when it´s open.

Do I have to announce you beforehand about special diet?

You can mention about your special diet in the reservation details and also tell to the staff upon arrival to breakfast. Our staff is happy to tell about the ingredients of the breakfast. For example, we serve glutenfree options to your table.

Is it possible to have a double bed?

There are twin beds (=separate) in all our private rooms. We can arrange the beds together by a request. Please let us know about your wish before the check in date.

Is it possible to get an extra bed to the room?

It is possible to get an extra bed to some of the room types. We have limited availability for the extra beds, so we recommend to contact us beforehand to check the availability. The price for extra bed is 25€/night, which includes breakfast for the guest.

I would like to get a NON-SMOKING room. What should I do?

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor premises of the hostel. Therefore, all the rooms has NO SMOKING signs.

What is the easiest way to move around the city?

Hostel is located in the city centre, so most of the services are within walking distance. Bus number 8 operates between railway station, airport and Santa Claus Village. In addition, taxi is a convenient way to get from a place to another especially if you have heavy luggage.

Are the facilities accessible for disabled guests?

Hostel premises are not totally accessible. There is an accessible toilet at the cafeteria and reception. It is possible to get an assisted access to cafeteria and reception with an installed ramp on the steps. There is an elevator to the rooms, but there are doorsteps at room and bathroom doors. We kindly ask you to be in contact to the reception about the possible need for special arrangements. We are happy to help!
